Retro Girder Fork Deluxe

We based the design of our retro deluxe forks on the Webb fork of the late 1940s that were fitted to most bike’s of that period.

They have high quality seamless taper tubes, central barrel spring and a double fully adjustable friction damper to keep the ride smooth.

We use hardened steel spindles running replaceable bronze bushes.

The fork tube assembly is held together with laser cut steel lugs, Tig welded to the seamless taper tubes.

The top and bottom yoke are CNC machined from solid steel billet for accuracy and strength.

We hand build each set to order and can vary the length to suit different ride heights.

There are tube diameter options, 7/8” taper tube to suit lighter builds and 1” taper tube for a chunkier set up.

We have built over 150 sets of these forks and they have gone on very varied custom , race and stock motorcycles across the globe, they have been fitted to show winners in the Born Free show, USA and Moon Eyes, Japan.

They have raced in speed trials fitted to a 1925 British Anzani on dry bed lakes, clocked at over 150mph, raced in the classic American flat track series fitted to an Indian 741 and thrashed around the Isle of Man circuit fitted to a 750cc Morgo pre unit Triumph.

They are priced at £1250 complete with risers.

Each set is built to order and we can make adjustments to the overall length to suit the bike they are being fitted to.
